IMPORTANT: For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the package and the package must be marked with the word "Return" (handwriting is sufficient). Otherwise costs of 40 euros plus VAT will be incurred.
10 Day Return Policy
1. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, DALGA gladly accepts returns and exchanges of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 10 days from the original order day for store credit. We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order. Items must be returned with DALGA tags attached, and hygienic liner intact. Swim items returned in used condition without tags or hygienic liners intact will not be eligible
for a refund or store credit.
2. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or altered from its original condition. Items that show signs of wear or alterations from its original condition will be sent back to the purchaser.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.
5. Handling Fee : All returns submitted for refunds and store credit are subject to a handling fee of 10 euros per order and will be deducted from the amount of your refund, exchange amount and store credit. This 10 fee covers shipping labels, and additional shipping charges.
6. Restrictions : Sale and Third-Party items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Dalga does not offer price adjustments on sale items.
